Incident reports can be requested in person at the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division, located at 1460 Carters Mill Rd, Ridgeland, SC 29936. Please speak with the administrative assistant at the front desk. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office does not manage the detention center or its records. To view recent arrests, visit the Jasper County Detention Center’s Inmate Inquiry System or contact Booking at (843) 717-3300.

To check the status of a case, visit the Jasper County Fourteenth Judicial Circuit Public Index and search by name or case number, or contact the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office at (843) 726-7777. Administrative staff will be able to forward your call to the division that’s handling the case.

Animals confiscated by Jasper County Animal Control are transferred to the Jasper Animal Rescue Mission (JARM). To reclaim your pet, contact JARM at (843) 726-7799.
What happens after I report an animal-related concern?
Once you report a situation to dispatch at (843) 726-7519, an Animal Control Officer will be dispatched to assess the scene. The officer will determine the appropriate action based on the threat to the animal or the risk it poses to others.
