Meet Deputy Deanne Spikes, our office and training assistant. Deputy Spikes oversees and maintains our sex offender registry, is our training assistant and also processes fingerprinting.
Deputy Spikes was previously with the Hardeeville Police Dept for 10 years before taking a break with her husband to grow their family business. This April will make four years she has been with The JCSO and we are grateful to have her on our team.
Deanne says ” I’ve been out there chasing the bad guys when I was younger but now I’m older and enjoy assisting with the backbone of the Sheriff’s Office. We have all become family to each other.”
We also asked Deputy Spikes what advice she has to give to the residents of Jasper County and she said “Love and respect the area you live in. Be there for your neighbors but also take pride in the physical conditions of your community.”
